Serma Technologies (170 emp.) is a Failure Analysis Laboratory and an Electrical Test House that provides:

·         Destructive Physical Analysis (DPA)

·         PCB Inspection and qualification

·         Microsections (ESA certification on microsections and inspection of solder joints)

·         Components up-screening

·         Qualification, screening and LAT (also on commercial parts for use in space environment)

·         Post programming burn-in on Proms and FPGAs (SERMA is European burn-in service center of ACTEL / MICROSEMI RT devices)

·         Full back end production of Hirel / Space ASICs (probing, qualification, packaging, screening and delivery of screened FM from a wafer)

Serma Technologies has 4 labs in France (Bordeaux, Grenoble, Chambéry and Paris).
